Andrew Bunn has a varied litigation practice representing companies in court, arbitration and regulatory proceedings, in cases including individual and class-action claims on such issues as consumer complaints, business disputes, contract and policy interpretations, benefit entitlements, sales practices, ERISA, securities, financial instruments, telecommunications, fraud, Franchise Practices Act, FACTA, First Amendment, FOIA, OPRA, FEHBA, TCCWNA, contracting, license agreements, non-competition, hedge funds, managed care and regulatory disputes.

Andrew has tried numerous arbitrations, jury and non-jury cases to verdict, and he has extensive appellate experience. He also provides preventative advice and counsel to clients seeking to avoid litigation. Andrew has negotiated pre- and post- litigation settlement agreements for businesses.
