Eric Buske

Eric Buske is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on advising private equity funds and public and private companies on complex business transactions, including strategic and leveraged acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, recapitalizations and restructurings, and executive compensation and incentive equity matters. He has represented clients on a wide variety of transactions ranging in size from less than $1 million dollars to more than $10 billion. In addition, Eric draws on his prior in-house experience to act as outside general counsel to many privately held companies, including the portfolio companies of his private equity clients.
