Lindsay Barnes practices with a focus on conducting internal investigations of alleged wrongdoing, responding to government inquiries, and litigating and arbitrating complex commercial claims. He has served clients including government contractors, private security providers, accounting firms, non-profit organizations, and publicly-traded companies in responding to investigations brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Public Company Accountability Oversight Board.

Lindsay has experience in investigating and litigating claims in areas including the False Claims Act, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, antitrust, consumer class actions, and business disputes. He has also assisted in arbitrating complex commercial claims between international business partners, defending against wrongful death and personal injury claims arising from incidents occurring in a military combat zone, and bringing causes of action for human rights violations under the Alien Tort Statute and the Torture Victim Protection Act.
