Marlene J. Bidelman concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial finance, real estate transactions, opinion letters and general business transactions.

Marlene has experience as lead counsel on numerous complex transactions, including extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in commercial loans, multi-state lending transactions, loans secured by real estate and all personal property categories, transactions involving the purchase and sale of real estate, loan workouts and leasing.

She also regularly represents developers and owners in commercial developments such as shopping centers and mixed use projects as well as national residential developers in developing residential communities. Additionally she provides local borrower's counsel opinions on Tennessee, Georgia and Pennsylvania law for multi-state lending transactions.

Marlene also has experience representing landlords and tenants in office, retail and shopping center leasing as well as in industrial, distribution and warehouse leasing.
