He also has experience in numerous traditional and non-traditional mortgage financing transactions, sale-leaseback transactions, bankruptcy workouts and condemnation proceedings, including document drafting and negotiation, due diligence activities and closing activities in virtually every state in the country. In addition, he has experience in commercial and corporate law matters.
