• Member of the team in Brau, Linares v. E.L.A. de Puerto Rico, 190 D.P.R. 315 (2014), a constitutional law case in which the Puerto Rico Supreme Court held unanimously favored the client.
  • Member of the team in Watchtower Bible v. Mun. Dorado I, 192 D.P.R. 73 (2014), a landmark property law case in which the Puerto Rico Supreme Court recognized the existence of privately owned roads in Puerto Rico. The clients were various hotel developments in Puerto Rico. 
  • Member of the team in In re Wolper, 189 D.P.R, 292 (2013), unauthorized practice of law case where the Puerto Rico Supreme Court found in favor of the clients, out-of-state attorneys that appeared on behalf of their client in a dispute being heard before FINRA.
  • Member of the team representing the Colegio de Tecnólogos Médicos de Puerto Rico in Lillian Gordo v. Colegio de Tecnólogos Médicos, KLAN201600074, KLAN201600162, in which the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals upheld the constitutionality of the compulsory membership of all medical and clinical laboratory technologists under the Colegio de Tecnólogos Médicos de Puerto Rico. The Puerto Rico Supreme Court denied issuing the writ of certiorari. 
  • Member of the legal team in Jusino Rosario v. Bio-Medical Applications of Arecibo, Inc., KLAN201601825, in which the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals confirmed the trial court decision granting the client’s summary judgment against a $2 million medical malpractice claim.
