Ankur represents technology clients in patent, copyright, and trade secret matters. He brings knowledge in mathematics, computer science, and data science to litigation in federal district and appellate courts and the International Trade Commission. Ankur has successfully represented and advised clients through all phases of trial and in post-grant proceedings. He is also experienced in commercial and employment litigation, including class and collective actions, incentive compensation disputes, and international law matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ankur was litigation counsel at a Fortune 500 multinational information technology company.

In a pro bono capacity, Ankur represents juvenile clients in immigration and family court proceedings and serves on the Legal Advisory Board for Capital Area Immigrants’ Rights Coalition.
