Eric focuses his practice on wireless telecommunications issues, with an emphasis on spectrum allocation, licensing, and compliance. He has an extensive knowledge of wireless policy and regularly works with clients on complex technical radio service co-existence matters. He also counsels clients on developing procedures for, and participating in, spectrum auctions, as well as incumbent relocation and other radio spectrum transition issues.

He advises wireless companies on various contractual matters regarding the regulation of licenses, leases, management contracts, roaming, and resale, and advises clients on structuring investments and relationships to minimize regulatory oversight. 
 
Eric represents clients on transactional issues related to FCC licensees, including structuring domestic and non-US investments, compliance with wireless attribution and control rules, and securing FCC approvals for acquisitions and transfers of control of authorizations.
