Dina DesRois focuses her practice on the defense of providers in the long-term care industry in lawsuits against residential care facilities for the elderly, skilled nursing facilities, hospice providers, and continuing care facilities. Dina advises and has successfully defended clients against claims of elder abuse, negligence, wrongful death, fraud, emotional distress, unfair business practices, violation of patient's rights, breach of contract, and breach of statutory duties.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Dina DesRois represented medical providers and health care corporations in proceedings related to medical malpractice and wrongful death claims. Dina is also experienced in the areas of product liability, aviation litigation, bad faith, and mass torts.
