Chris Duerden is a patent litigator in our Boston office. Chris has represented companies form around the globe in technologies including automotive devices, semiconductors, integrated circuits, navigation, medical devices, mobile communication, and communications technology. Chris has years of experience representing his clients in patent jury trials, and ITC trials.
Prior to law school Chris worked as an engineer for several automotive tier 1 suppliers and as head of research and development for several electronics companies. Chris has worked for and with companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to startup helping them achieve their goals. He is comfortable with a wide array of technologies, especially the high-tech fields of electrical engineering, additive manufacturing, laser technology, software design and development, automotive electronics and communication protocols, electric and self-driving cars, and manufacturing engineering.
