Ray Earnest serves as senior pro bono attorney and manages the Baltimore Signature Pro Bono Project as well as  Baltimore’s Covid-19 focused  Wills for Frontline Heroes  Project.

As manager of the Baltimore Signature Pro Bono Project, Ray has recruited volunteer attorneys and supervised their work in a variety of areas, including special education matters, landlord/tenant issues, domestic law, consumer law, and disability law.  She also organized mentoring programs, know-your-rights programs, and mock trial programs for the several Baltimore charter schools that were served by the program.  

The Wills for Heroes Project involves producing  simple wills, advance directives and powers of attorney for these clients who put themselves at great risk for their community.

Ray is a member of DLA Piper's North American Pro Bono Committee.
