Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Steve practiced with another Chicago law firm that provided legal services to Samuel Zell and his affiliated entities. Steve has represented owners of office buildings, residential real estate, parking facilities, industrial property, manufactured housing communities, and vacant land in all aspects of ownership, acquisition, disposition, and financing of real estate assets, as well as representing lenders in connection with such real estate assets.
