Musa Farmand is a transactional lawyer who primarily focuses on representing public and private companies in corporate matters, including debt financings, private equity investments, mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, restructuring and general corporate matters. Additionally, Musa focuses on cross-border transactions and international regulatory compliance within the corporate context, including due diligence under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), anti-corruption, anti-money laundering/anti-terrorist financing and sanctions compliance, as well as national security reviews relevant to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) where he advises companies on filings with CFIUS.
