Notably, Kevin served as lead trial counsel for the American Society of Testing Materials in a case that Law360 recognized as one of the "Top 10 Copyright Rulings of 2017." In addition, Kevin's successful representation of Cornerstone Therapeutics in a false advertising case before the Second Circuit was featured in the National Law Journal's 2014 IP Hot List.
