Thomas Fuller concentrates his practice on intellectual property, including domestic and foreign patent prosecution and preparation, patent validity and infringement analysis, and due diligence.

Thomas has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide variety of technology areas, such as computer software and hardware, biotechnology, electro-mechanical devices, financial technologies, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity technologies. Thomas has experience working with clients ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. Thomas also assists with due diligence and opinion work relating to patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom to operate.

Thomas also maintains a robust Pro Bono practice, primarily working to assist inventors to protect their innovations and assist disabled veterans in obtaining disability benefits.
