Jodi Frankel represents employers and senior executives in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including matters pending before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels.

Jodi also provides strategic advice to national and international employers of all sizes and across a variety of industries on US employment and labor law compliance, policies and best practices. She regularly counsels management on a wide range of workplace issues, including employment discrimination and harassment, wage and hour practices, independent contractor and exempt/non-exempt classification issues, leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations, workplace investigations, employee terminations and reductions in force and employee discipline and performance management. She also advises clients on negotiating and drafting executive employment contracts, restrictive covenants and non-competes, severance/separation agreements and consulting and independent contractor agreements.

As part of her practice, Jodi provides labor and employment counsel and diligence to public and private companies in a range of transactional matters (both buy-side and sell-side), including mergers and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, tech and sports sectors.
