Mateusz Gajda advises both Polish and international clients on various aspects of employment law. In particular, he reviews and drafts employment contracts, non-compete agreements and internal policies and regulations. He also conducts employment-related due diligence reviews. In addition, Mateusz supports clients in terminating employment contracts, including contracts with key employees, and also assists in the process of legalising the employment of foreigners in Poland.

Mateusz is a PhD student in the Law and Administration Faculty of the University of Łódż and he is also a member of the International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment.

Mateusz has authored a number of academic publications, including several in Monitor Prawa Pracy.
