Brooke Goodlett represents public and private technology and life sciences companies in corporate and securities law matters. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law thought leadership, knowledge management, data analytics, legaltech innovation and client service.

Brooke has experience advising publicly-traded companies in SEC compliance and disclosure, general corporate governance, sustainability and environmental and social governance, board diversity and inclusion, executive compensation, and investor relations matters, capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She also has represented private companies at various stages − from startups to mature venture and private equity-backed companies − and their investors in general corporate and securities matters, including startup/incorporation matters and counseling, capital-raising transactions and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she supports our practice through various thought leadership, knowledge management, corporate data analytics and legaltech innovation initiatives.

Brooke is a member of the Texas Pro Bono College and provides pro bono legal aid to children, veterans and veteran-owned businesses and organizations promoting economic growth and empowerment.
