Brooke Goodlett represents public and private companies in a variety of industries in corporate and securities law matters. Brooke focuses on corporate and securities law thought leadership, knowledge management and client service.

Brooke has experience representing publicly traded companies in SEC compliance and disclosure, corporate governance, executive compensation, and investor relations matters, capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She has also represented private companies at various stages − from startups to mature venture and private equity-backed companies − and their investors in general corporate and securities matters, including startup/incorporation matters and counseling, capital-raising transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Brooke is a member of the Texas Pro Bono College and provides pro bono legal aid to children, veteran-owned businesses and organizations promoting economic growth and empowerment.
