Matthew Grosack focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters with extensive experience handling a wide range of litigation and regulatory investigations, and class action litigation, in varied federal, state and arbitration forums. Matthew's legal experience includes the resolution of varied high-stakes commercial disputes with specific experience handling disputes involving the enforcement of restrictive covenants (such as non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality provisions); complex litigation involving misappropriation of trade secrets and other forms of unfair competition; and data privacy and security concerns in the healthcare, hospitality and technology sectors.

Matthew is also experienced in the legal concerns affecting emerging growth technology companies with a specific focus on the developing field of law governing the commercial use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) - more commonly referred to as drones.

Matthew is active in numerous philanthropic and charitable organizations throughout South Florida and currently serves as the co-chair for the United Way Young Leader's Executive Committee and is a board member for First Serve Miami (formerly known as the Greater Miami Tennis & Education Foundation).
