Bob Groselak is a trial attorney that focuses his practice on patent litigation in federal district courts and the PTAB. The technologies Bob has litigated include software, wireless communication, semiconductors, fiber optic transceivers, digital mobile radio, GPS navigation, touchscreens, heart valves, tires, automotive air bags, power transmission belts and propeller shafts. Beyond, the patent world, Bob also litigates other intellectual property disputes and commercial claims in both state and federal courts. During law school, Bob externed for the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Prior Experience

Bob is an engineer. Prior to law, Bob worked for a UK-based automotive consulting firm’s software division where he developed and used tools to design and analyze automotive powertrain. While completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering, he earned a Malott Innovation award for his capstone design.
