Jay represents clients in complex transactions, including the structuring of partnerships, limited liability companies, ground leases, tenancies-in-common, condominium regimes and other forms of ownership for real estate projects; the purchase, sale, leasing, financing, zoning, development and construction of office, industrial, retail and residential projects; the creation of public-private partnerships; and the negotiation of financial incentives and development agreements with governmental entities.
