Janeen Hall represents employers and senior executives in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, as well as in mediations.

Her litigation experience includes enforcement of employment contracts and post-employment restrictive covenants, tort claims arising out of an employment relationship, and defense of wage and hour, discrimination and harassment claims, among other related areas. 

In addition to her litigation experience, Janeen provides extensive advice and counselling to clients on all employment-related issues, including policy implementation and enforcement, employee leave, ADA accommodations, internal investigations, restrictive covenants, onboarding, individual and group separations, and litigation avoidance. 

Before joining DLA Piper, Janeen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald L. Ellis (ret.) of the Southern District of New York.
