Colleen Hermann advises institutional investors in the negotiation and structuring of alternative investments, including investments in private equity funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, venture funds, hedge funds and credit funds, as well as customized investment vehicles, funds of one and separate managed accounts. She also assists clients in secondary transactions, co-investments and direct, portfolio company investments.
Colleen also has experience representing investors in direct venture capital investments, as well as in private mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
Colleen has spent a significant amount of time in Germany, providing advice to international entities on cross-border mergers, acquisitions and private equity investments.
