Arthur Hoffmann focuses on complex product liability litigation and the provision of product liability advice, both internationally and in the US. As part of his work in defending manufacturers of tobacco and vape products, he has extensive experience working with scientific and medical experts in a variety of disciplines.

Arthur has also handled commercial litigation in both federal and New York State trial and appellate courts involving the ownership of real estate, professional malpractice, mass torts and admiralty. He was part of the team that defended a large commercial air carrier in complex multi-district litigations arising out of the terrorist hijacking of an aircraft and the bombing of another aircraft, both of which occurred overseas. He has conducted fact investigations and discovery in Europe and on the Indian subcontinent.
