Bryan K. Hsu concentrates his practice on intellectual property, including domestic and foreign patent prosecution.

Bryan's work includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide variety of technology areas, including small molecules, targeted therapies, immunotherapies, polymers, chemicals, steel materials, magnetic materials, battery materials, semiconductor materials, textiles, turbine engines, automotive components and medical and surgical devices. He also has experience assisting clients in patentability assessments, due diligence matters, infringement analysis, freedom-to-operate analysis, patent validity analysis, inventorship analysis and development of IP strategies.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Bryan was employed at an intellectual property boutique firm where he gained experience in various aspects of intellectual property law, primarily in patent prosecution.
