He also has extensive experience representing clients in regulatory litigation at the highest levels, including healthcare,  telecommunications, and energy. He has consistently been named a Leading Lawyer in Communications Law and has been recognized by Chambers USA for telecom work. He has tried multiple civil rights cases for pro bono clients. 

John is a member of the Chicago Inn of Courts. He has served on the board of governors of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association and the board of directors of the Chicago chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He has taught antitrust law seminars at various forums. He also has an active pro bono practice.
