Matthew Iverson assists clients in complex litigation, specializing in defending independent contractor misclassification and employment class actions, insurance class actions and international products liability claims. He has represented clients in a wide range of business lawsuits involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of warranty, business torts, securities fraud, UCC violations, merger challenges and noncompetition and nondisclosure covenants.

Matthew also focuses on complex land-use litigation and in that capacity assists clients in construction, zoning and environmental disputes with commercial and governmental agencies. He has successfully advocated for clients before state and local regulatory and planning agencies, including the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and the Martha's Vineyard Commission.

Matthew has represented clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and federal and state trial courts, and in international arbitrations.
