Pam Johnson has thirty years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney:  representing real estate developers and property owners in connection with acquisition, sale, construction and permanent real estate financing, leasing, and management of commercial and multi-family residential property.

Pam regularly represents clients in connection with acquisitions of all types of commercial property, including, raw land for development and existing projects, including reverse and forward 1031 exchanges.  Pam has extensive experience in the review of complex title and survey and drafting sophisticated declarations of covenants, easements and restrictions with regard to large commercial projects. Pam represents clients in connection with construction and permanent financing from institutional lenders, insurance companies and conduit lenders. Pam also represents both landlords and tenants in complex office, warehouse, retail and ground leases. Pam brings a practical goal-oriented approach to her practice.
