Sarah represents clients in connection with their complex civil litigation needs. She is consistently on the front line of litigating novel questions of law. Sarah's practice focuses on commercial, insurance, and technology-related litigation.

Sarah's experience in the insurance sector includes interpreting insurance policies, exposing improper use of insurance products and premium financing, challenging fraud, and litigating coverage disputes for multiple types of insurance policies. She is heavily involved in litigating COVID-19-related coverage claims made against property insurance policies as a member of one of the most successful teams of defense counsel in the industry on this issue.

Sarah also litigates claims arising out of commercial contracts, software contracts, and cyber-related incidents. Her experience extends to litigating high-exposure cases involving product licensing, software implementation, and trade secret disputes. She has handled multiple cases involving claims of tortious interference with commercial contracts or employment agreements, such as confidentiality and non-compete agreements, for medical and information technology companies.

Sarah understands the business needs associated with resolving commercial disputes—whether that requires delicately navigating long-term business relationships or aggressively defending clients against competitors. Relatedly, Sarah has a special interest in using legal technology to support efficient legal project management and crafting creative resolution options.
