Jarrid King has over 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience encompassing tens of billions of dollars of various real estate transactions.

Jarrid represents major institutional lenders, including investment banks, commercial banks, private equity funds and insurance companies, in financing transactions and structuring debt and equity investments throughout the capital stack.

These transactions include the origination of fixed and floating rate loans, mezzanine loans and other financing structures intended for securitization, full or partial syndication and balance sheet. He advises clients in connection with loan restructurings, deed-in-lieu transactions, foreclosures and the purchase and sale of performing and non-performing loans. He also has experience negotiating co-lender, intercreditor and participation agreements.

Previously, Jarrid was in-house at a major investment bank where he structured and closed mortgage and mezzanine loans ranging from US$500 million to US$2.5 billion and executed the acquisition, syndication and disposition of various types of real estate financing arrangements.
