Denise Kraft is the Chambers USA rated patent litigation partner in our Wilmington, Delaware office who leads the active DLA Piper patent litigation practice in Delaware.

In 2017, she was involved in three intellectual property jury trials in Delaware, in addition to advising on and managing numerous active patent litigation cases. Denise has been representing clients in Delaware litigation for over 25 years, knows well Delaware's particularized rules and practices, and provides focused advice concerning proposed strategies and actions to ensure they are sound under Delaware practice.

Her representation and counselling of companies involves a broad range of patent litigation, including video game animation, computer security, digital signage, targeted internet advertising, and other computer and internet technologies. Chambers USA notes that clients describe Denise as "thoughtful and wise about how to approach the local judiciary on any given issue." Denise also has a significant local Delaware counsel practice. She is often called upon by corporations and other law firms from across the country and around the world to serve as counsel for cases pending in the Delaware courts and/or to advise or opine on Delaware law issues.
