Natasha Kanerva is a white collar enforcement and compliance lawyer who focuses her practice on internal and government investigations and international dispute resolution.

Natasha's practice focuses on regulatory compliance, internal investigations and investigations and enforcement actions initiated by the US Department of Justice, the US Securities and Exchange Commission and other enforcement agencies. She regularly assists clients in conducting risk assessments, designing compliance programs, drafting corporate anti-corruption policies and implementing remediation measures. Natasha has led multiple investigations in connection with alleged violations of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act and US sanctions and export controls.

In her international dispute resolution practice, Natasha has experience in international arbitrations administered under the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). Natasha also has significant experience working in Spanish in Latin American jurisdictions, developing facts relevant to her cross-border investigations and litigations.

Earlier in her career, Natasha practiced at the New York office of a large international law firm.
