About

Daniel Larkins is developing a broad-based practice in complex commercial litigation with a particular focus on the defense of industrial companies in toxic tort and product liability actions.  Daniel is currently involved in the defense of a multinational chemical company in multidistrict litigation involving PFAS.

Daniel is experienced in handling fact and expert discovery and motions practice at all stages of litigation.  Daniel's experience also includes handling complex contract disputes, advising insurers regarding COVID-19 business interruption claims, and representing a large multinational corporation in the arbitration of a complex construction dispute. 

Daniel is committed to pro bono work and argued on behalf of a pro bono client in the Maryland Court of Special Appeals in 2019.
