Daniel Larkins is developing a broad-based practice in complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters dealing with general corporate, insurance, construction, and complex contract disputes. 

Daniel's practice includes representation of companies and institutions operating in the hospitality, insurance, construction, and life sciences sector. Most recently, Daniel has been involved in the defense of a multinational chemical company in multidistrict litigation, with an expertise in handling fact and expert discovery and motion practice at all stages of litigation. 

Daniel's experience also includes advising insurers regarding COVID-19 business interruption claims as well as representing a large multinational corporation in the mediation of a construction dispute. 

Daniel is committed to pro bono work and argued on behalf of a pro bono client in the Maryland Court of Special Appeals in 2019.
