Tony represents new and established satellite and communications companies. He has assisted numerous NewSpace companies, including many smallsat entrepreneurs, in obtaining spectrum and imaging licenses for innovative satellite services, such as radiofrequency sensing and geolocation; mission extension; synthetic aperture radar, hyperspectral and multispectral imaging; on-orbit transportation and deployment; Internet of Things (IoT); weather forecasting; and orbital debris removal. He also has more than a decade of experience advising traditional satellite companies that provide fixed-satellite service, broadcasting-satellite service and mobile-satellite service.

Tony advises companies on policy and regulatory matters before US federal agencies and international organizations, including the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). He is currently serving a second term on the NOAA Advisory Committee on Commercial Remote Sensing (ACCRES), which advises NOAA on the regulation of commercial satellites conducting imaging operations in space.
