Brian represents employers in a variety of labor and employment issues.  He has written and appeared before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, and defends employers in individual and class action litigation under the ADA, Title VII, the FMLA, the FCRA, the FLSA and other federal, state, and local employment laws.  Brian has extensive experience researching multi-jurisdictional employment issues as well as drafting memoranda explaining the nuances of these issues and the recommended courses of action.  

In addition to research and litigation, Brian provides regular counsel to employers. He advises employers on their employment handbooks and policies, helps create compliant interview and background check processes, and assists with employee leaves of absence, discipline, and performance issues.  Brian helps employers with the drafting of employment agreements, including terminations and separation agreements.  He also assists with due diligence during corporate transactions.
