Kaitlin MacKenzie represents public and private companies, acquirers of distressed assets, lenders, equity holders, and other secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of corporate restructuring transactions. Kaitlin has represented clients in a variety of industries, including the healthcare, energy, manufacturing, retail, transportation, and real estate industries.

From 2013-2014, Kaitlin clerked for then-Chief Judge Shannon, Judge Gross, and Judge Walsh of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. During law school, Kaitlin served as a judicial intern and extern to Judge Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
