Lauren is known in the hospitality industry for her broad knowledge and for her ability to translate intricate business structures into clear and concise legal documents, and to get transactions closed. She has successfully completed more than two billion dollars of deals for our clients in the hospitality sector alone. Lauren also regularly represents major institutional lenders in multi-state / multi-property mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions (construction, permanent and bridge loans), securitized loans and other forms of real estate financing for office, retail, hotel, multi-family and other asset classes.
