Emma Marion advises satellite and telecommunications companies on regulatory, commercial, and litigation matters at the state and federal levels, including before public utility commissions and the Federal Communications Commission. Emma also has experience in advising companies on transactional matters including contract negotiation and interpretation as well as on data protection, privacy and security issues.

Specifically, Emma's practice has included topics in the space, satellite, wireless, and wireline industry and in advising companies on negotiating and interpreting SaaS and telecommunications-related contracts, both commercially and with governmental bodies. Emma is also involved in policy matters, advising companies on broadband and technology policy and related business implications.

Emma is actively involved in pro bono, and has experience serving as amicus curiae to the United States Supreme Court in a capital penalty case.
