Ana has wide experience in litigation and arbitration matters, both domestic and international, in particular, within the corporate and commercial, banking, real estate and construction, unfair competition and intellectual property sectors. She has also extensive experience in contentious-administrative proceedings in a broad range of areas such as Planning and Urban Development, and review of decisions taken by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office on registration of distinctive marks.

She has been involved in all types of domestic and international arbitration, both institutional and ad hoc arbitration proceedings, acting either as the client's counsel or, directly, as an arbitrator for the resolution of the conflict.

Furthermore, Ana has demonstrated expertise and a long track record acting as litigator in complex and sophisticated technology law cases involving online services, software and identity usurpation.
