Erin McLaughlin is a patent litigation associate in our Silicon Valley office. She has extensive experience in Section 337 patent investigations and is also well-versed in district court litigation. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Erin was a law clerk and attorney for Charles E. Bullock, the Chief Administrative Law Judge at the U.S. International Trade Commission. She advised Chief Judge Bullock in eleven complex unfair import investigations, making recommendations regarding fact and expert discovery disputes, claim construction, patent infringement, validity, unenforceability, the domestic industry requirement, remedy and bonding.
