Gary has over 34 years in the Federal Aviation Administration’s Washington, DC Headquarters where he served as an aviation regulatory attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel. As the Attorney-Manager of the Airworthiness, Advanced Aircraft and Unmanned Aircraft Law Branch in the Regulations Division he was engaged in all aspects of the FAA’s aircraft design, production, maintenance and continuing airworthiness regulations, as well as rule-making, exemptions, policy and guidance relating to those regulations.
