Trevor Moore represents clients in a wide range of high-stakes complex litigation with an industry focus on the food and beverage, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors. Trevor also has extensive experience representing clients in national and cross-border white collar and corporate investigations.
Trevor has represented industry-leading companies, including multinational food and beverage manufacturers, restaurants, hospitality companies, medical device companies, and telecom providers. Trevor handles litigation in federal and state courts nationwide defending consumer class actions, mass tort actions, multi-district litigation, and other complex commercial disputes, including defending against allegations of unfair business practices, false advertising, violation of consumer protection statutes, and regulatory violations.
Trevor also maintains an active pro bono practice working on asylum applications and eviction defense. Prior to joining DLA Piper, he served as an extern to Judge John A. Kronstadt of the US District Court for the Central District of California.
