Benjamin Mueller

Benjamin Mueller focuses his practice in the area of patent litigation. His past and current matters include a range of technologies in the LED lighting, smartphone, automotive device, call center, virtual machine, and remote access industries. Benjamin’s patent litigation practice includes cases before district courts in Texas and Delaware, as well as inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Benjamin was a 2018 Summer Associate at DLA Piper and also served as a Legal Extern for the Office of Chief Counsel at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
