Louise Neave provides legal and regulatory advice for firms engaging in consumer credit activities including providing advice on FCA authorisation, regulated agreements, financial promotions, consumer credit documentation and issues arising before, during and after the life of a consumer credit agreement.

Louise has extensive experience of advising in relation to UK and international financial services regulation and best practice having held a senior policy role in a leading market financial services regulator in the Middle East. She also has significant experience having held various in-house legal advisory and management roles in the UK financial services sector, including at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
