Andrew Nieh concentrates his practice on international tax and transfer pricing matters.

Andrew has experience in advising private and publicly traded multinationals with operational planning and structuring, global transfer pricing strategy, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition integration.

Before joining DLA Piper, Andrew was a tax associate at a Big 4 accounting firm, preparing intellectual property valuations and assisting clients with their global transfer pricing documentation and controversy needs. Andrew served clients across a variety of industries, including technology, retail and life sciences.
