Weronika Papucewicz has vast experience in individual and collective labour law, personal data protection and anti-discrimination issues. She advises clients on all stages of the employment and termination of employees and supports them in bringing their global employment policies into line with Polish law.

Weronika advises multinational corporations, state-owned companies, and small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as supporting foreign clients entering the Polish market - in particular in the business services sector (SSC/BPO).

She has experience in employment restructuring processes and group redundancies, including conducting negotiations with trade unions. She advises on the employment aspects of M&A transactions and also represents clients in court disputes concerning mobbing and discrimination.

Weronika runs training sessions and workshops on labour law and the protection of personal data in employment, and she has also spoken on employment issues at numerous specialist conferences.
