Randy has more than two decades of experience providing strategic legal counsel to healthcare and technology innovators and industry leaders in their efforts to operationalize and commercialize innovative and emerging technologies and structure and negotiate complex transactions. He has negotiated numerous multi-million dollar transactions on a global scale and has significant experience advising private and public entities, nonprofits and startups, health systems and hospitals, physician groups, and manufacturers and vendors, and private equity portfolio companies on strategic affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, joint ventures, and healthcare product and service offerings.
