B. John Pendleton defends public and private companies in breach of contract, misrepresentation, ERISA, RICO, securities fraud, complex litigation and regulatory matters.

John represents clients in both an advisory role and as a trial lawyer in individual cases throughout the country and nationwide class action litigation. Among his clients are several Fortune 100 companies in financial services, leasing and insurance and employee benefits areas. He has tried to verdict more than 50 cases and managed thousands of cases as national coordinating counsel for one of the largest financial service companies in the United States.

John is the former mayor of Mountain Lakes, New Jersey, and served as a member of its governing body for eight years. He currently serves on the board of Washington & Jefferson College, is a trustee of the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice and serves on the Vestry at St. Peter's Episcopal Church.
