J. Trumon also handles matters arising under various statutory and regulatory schemes, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. He works with clients across a range of sectors including the insurance, automotive, energy, life sciences, consumer products and pharmaceutical industries. He has experience with direct defense of aging services facilities in lawsuits asserting professional liability, personal injury, negligence, elder abuse, wrongful death and other related claims.

He has experience representing and advising clients in all phases of claim and dispute resolution and avoidance from pre-litigation investigation up through pleading, discovery, motion practice, mediation, settlement strategy, trial preparation, trial and appeal. Trumon is currently advising several insurers in connection with policy and claims implications arising from COVID-19.
