Britney's varied practice includes involvement in federal and state administrative actions and investigations with agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), the Texas Workforce Commission ("TWC"), the US Department of Labor, both federal and state court actions, as well as providing litigation strategy and expertise in connection with complex, high-stakes trade secrets and noncompete disputes.

Her specific involvement includes drafting dispositive motions, pleadings, discovery, release agreements, conducting fact investigations, deposing witnesses, and conducting legal research.

Britney also assists in counseling clients on best labor and employment practices relating to hiring and termination decisions, employment policies and handbooks, wage and hour issues, family and medical leave issues and restrictive covenants.

During law school, Britney completed a semester-long externship with the Honorable Judge Wanda Bryant of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
